Massage & nutrition therapy, working together.
Personalized massage and holistic nutrition therapy for people in Cedarburg, WI who are done powering through pain, fatigue, and discomfort.
Your symptoms aren’t random. They’re connected.
We hear it all the time – tight shoulders, stiff low backs, constant cramping, brain fog that won’t lift. Some folks are running to the bathroom more often than not. Others are grabbing coffee or ibuprofen just to make it through the day. The truth? None of this is random.
The tension in your neck might be connected to how you’re breathing. That cramp in your calf could be a sign your body isn’t absorbing minerals properly. And that dull ache in your low back? It might have more to do with your gut than your posture.
At our holistic wellness practice, we offer therapeutic massage and nutrition coaching together, because your body works as a system. When you support one part, the others respond. And when we care for the body as a whole, that’s when lasting change happens.
Massage & nutrition coaching for whole-body healing.
The thing is, muscle pain isn’t just mechanical. If your gut is off, everything downstream can suffer – including muscle recovery, detoxification, and inflammation.
And when your tissues are inflamed, undernourished, or stressed from the inside, massage alone can only do so much.
That’s why we don’t just treat your muscles – we support your entire system. Gut health, blood sugar, hydration, stress… it’s all connected. And when we support it by combining nutrition and massage therapy, our hands can do their best work, and the healing effects go much deeper.
You don’t have to settle. You don’t have to “just deal with it.” Our therapeutic massage and holistic nutrition coaching help your body feel supported, nourished, and cared for. Not just for the day, but for every day ahead of you.
What massage therapy & nutrition target.
Massage and nutrition therapy work hand-in-hand to help your nervous system unwind, your digestion function smoothly, and your energy stay steady. We approach your care from every angle – not chasing temporary fixes, but building lifelong wellness.
Our therapists are here to help you feel good now, and even better as you age.
We often support our clients with:
-
Low Back Pain
A tight low back can often trace back to an inflamed gut or shallow breathing. Your psoas muscle, part of your core, protects the gut and tightens when digestion is off.
We release tension in the psoas and surrounding muscles – but also support your body’s ability to digest, breathe deeply, and stabilize.
-
Neck & Shoulder Tension
This shows up constantly – especially in folks under chronic stress or running on caffeine. Stress keeps your nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight, which locks up your traps and neck.
We calm your system and release upper body tension, while nutrition supports blood sugar balance, and nervous system regulation.
-
Muscle Cramping
Cramping is often a sign of low minerals or dehydration – both tied to gut absorption. If your digestion is off, your body can’t make use of the nutrients you give it.
Massage boosts circulation and recovery, while we support better hydration, mineral absorption, and gut function through nutrition.
-
Arthritis & Joint Stiffness
Stiff joints are often driven by chronic inflammation. When the body’s inflamed, it limits mobility and increases pain.
We use targeted massage to ease tension and improve mobility – and reduce the inflammation that causes stiffness in the first place through nutrition.
-
Brain Fog & Afternoon Crashes
Brain fog and crashes are often signs of blood sugar dysregulation or poor nervous system function. Stress and inflammation only make it worse.
Massage resets the nervous system, and at the same time, nutrition coaching supports blood sugar balance and steady energy.
-
Digestive Discomfort
From reflux and IBS to food sensitivities, gut issues impact every part of your health. They create tension, fatigue, and inflammation across the body.
We incorporate calming, targeted massage (including abdominal work), and build a nutrition plan that soothes and supports your digestive system.
Personalized Massage Therapy
Every session begins with presence. We check in – because your body is never the same two days in a row. Some days need slow, grounding touch. Some days call for deeper tension release. And sometimes, you just need a moment to exhale.
You won’t find upcharges for this or that technique here. Whether you need prenatal support, lymphatic care, or a mix of relaxation and targeted relief, it’s all included.
Our massage sessions are gentle but intentional. We use a range of thoughtful tools – like hot stones, salt stones, vacuum cupping, and essential oils – because they help your body respond, release, and settle.
And when it makes sense, we’ll share stretches, foam rolling tips, or simple ways to keep the healing going at home. This is hands-on care that adapts to what you need.
You’ll leave feeling a little more at ease. A little more like yourself. And a whole lot better.

Basalt Hot Stones (included)
We’ll use heat in one or two areas where your body’s asking for it – like between the shoulder blades or along the spine. The warmth helps your muscles release without needing deep pressure.
Personalized Aromatherapy (included)
We blend essential oils that fit your mood and what your body’s holding – something calming, energizing, or somewhere in between. It’s subtle, supportive, and always optional.
Himalayan Salt Stones – $20
These warm stones are packed with minerals and feel incredible on stiff or inflamed areas. Think of it like a little extra grounding when your muscles are holding on too tight.

Tired hands or feet? Our soothing paraffin-free wax melts envelop them in moisture and helps soothe joint pain or stiffness.

Your nutrition coaching journey.
We know it can feel overwhelming to start something new. That’s why we’ve designed our 12-week coaching program to walk beside you the whole way – offering structure, support, and space to grow.
Here’s what working together looks like:
-
The Initial Interview (90 minutes)
We’ll start by mapping out your unique story – your symptoms, stressors, and goals. Then we’ll build a gentle, customized plan to support your digestion, energy, and daily rhythms.
-
Weekly Check-Ins (First 4 weeks)
We’ll meet once a week for the first month to get momentum going. Each 45-minute session includes a review of your weekly progress, challenges, and wins – plus mindset support and new action steps, when you’re ready.
-
Bi-Weekly Support (Weeks 5–12)
After those first four sessions, we move to every other week. You’ll keep tracking how your body’s responding, and we’ll continue adjusting your plan together. It’s flexible, collaborative, and focused on building habits that stick.
-
The Final Call (90 minutes)
We’ll reflect on the shifts you’ve made, celebrate what’s working, and talk through next steps that feel right for you – whether that’s a second round of support or going forward on your own.

Have questions about massage or nutrition therapy? Check here.
Got a question? You’re not alone. Here are some of the most common things people ask us. Still wondering about something? Reach out to us – we’re happy to talk it through.
-
We start by talking. You’ll get a chance to share what’s been going on – physically, mentally, emotionally. We’ll walk through your goals, and from there, create a session (or program) that supports where you’re at right now.
-
We ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If it's under that window, we may need to charge 50% of the session cost – especially for no-shows.
-
If it happens once, we’ll give you a quick call and ask for a card on file next time. If it happens again, we’ll need to charge the 50% fee to cover the time held for you.
-
Once a massage is completed, we can’t offer refunds. But if you bought a gift certificate by mistake, we’re happy to refund it within 7 days – as long as it hasn’t been used.
-
All massage packages need to be used within 12 months. We'll even send you a reminder before they expire. If something big comes up, get in touch with us – we’ll be as flexible as we can for you.
-
Yes! You can reschedule once with 48 hours’ notice. If you need to reschedule again, we’ll chat and make sure we keep things moving so your sessions don’t go to waste.
-
We’ll need to count that session as used, unfortunately. We always recommend setting reminders or turning on notifications so you don’t miss out.
-
Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase. But if yours expires, please reach out to us.
-
If your body’s been asking for more regular support, a package can help you stay consistent without having to think twice. It’s perfect for clients who are working through chronic tension, pain, or fatigue – or just want to make massage an ongoing part of their wellness routine. You’ll save a little each session and make it easier to stick with what’s helping you feel better.
-
Ours is more personalized. We’re not here to just help you relax (though we do that too). Every session is tailored to what your body’s holding that day. We use tools like cupping, hot stones, and essential oils with intention – to support real healing and long-term relief.
-
Nutritional therapy isn’t a diet. It’s a deeper look at what’s going on inside your body. We get curious about your digestion, energy, cravings, lifestyle, and symptoms. Then we make small, doable shifts that help you feel better without feeling overwhelmed.
-
Nope. We’re not about perfection, we’re about progress. You won’t get a list of “can’t-have” foods. Instead, we’ll focus on what your body needs more of and how to make it easy to work that into your real life.
-
Cupping is a technique that uses gentle suction to loosen up tight muscles and increase blood flow. It’s not painful – most people say it feels like a reverse massage. It’s included in all massage sessions, and we only use it if it’s a good fit for your body that day.
-
Yes! Hot stones help your muscles release tension more easily. The heat encourages deeper relaxation and helps us work more effectively. We can focus them in one area or use them throughout your whole session.
-
If you’re dealing with low energy, digestive issues, inflammation, or feel like your body is out of sync – this might be a great place to start. Book a free nutrition consult, and we’ll talk through it together.
-
We welcome all bodies and backgrounds. Most of our clients are adults, but we’ve also worked with teens and older high schoolers when it feels like a good fit. If someone’s looking for thoughtful, personalized care – and ready to be part of the process – we’re here for you.
